In 1991 Tonia and Pastor Guy Melton, along with nine adults and six children, held their first service on a three-acre campus in a triple-wide trailer, without AC, and unpaved parking. But with lots of excitement and promise, we extended a warm welcome to the community. As we grew, we moved to a nearby movie theatre and eventually purchased more land to expand.
Our dream to build a new home for our congregation came true with the Build by 2000 project. In 2000, we dedicated our Worship Center, and our first weekend saw 650 people come through our doors. In 2007, we became the first church in the United States to have a worship service every day of the week and leverage technology to provide 24/7 online services.
Today, we are known as Oasis Church, welcoming people from over 90+ countries, and on mission to Be and Make Disciples.

We have grown into a thriving church community impacting thousands of lives in South Florida and beyond. Our first phase of Building Beyond is the development of a new modern auditorium that can accommodate 70% more people than our current one, which will enable us to nearly double our outreach to the community. The second phase will allow the addition and expansion of the Oasis Kids space and create a Cafe for our community to enjoy during the week. Phase three is our Resale & Thrift Store to underwrite a sustaining ministry in Haiti and Pastors.
